The Wigwam, the largest hotel resort in the West Valley, is undergoing an extensive renovation with a price tag over $20 million.

The multimillion-dollar renovation will include a complete interior refresh of its casitas, suites and two presidential suites.

The owners of the Wigwam in Litchfield Park want to preserve the history of the nearly 100-year-old hospitality property while also keeping it modern and preparing it for the future.

“We're very fortunate that we have this strong demand for meetings, events and we have a lot of leisure guests, including from the local community,” Katy Powers, the Wigwam’s managing director and general manager, told the Business Journal. “This renovation is really going to modernize the rooms and elevate the look and feel of this historic property.”
