Two Scottsdale mixed-use developments proposed on repurposed land parcels
Scottsdale's Development Review Board is set to consider a pair of mixed commercial and residential projects that, if built, will collectively bring more than 500 new apartment units and 20,000 square feet of on-site commercial space.
High Street Residential and Dolce Vita Development LLC are behind the Scottsdale & Gold Dust and Bella Alba projects, respectively, that will be presented at the board hearing on Oct. 6.
Scottsdale & Gold Dust is being proposed to replace a shopping center that was built in the 1990s and located just to the east of Chaparral High School and north of Gainey Ranch Golf Club. The nearby California Pizza Kitchen and Walgreens are not part of the new development, according to the application.
