Industrial real estate developer Prologis recently broke ground on a new $190 million industrial facility with two buildings at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Camelback Road in Goodyear.

The Prologis 303 Business Park will comprise a 1.2 million-square-foot building and a 404,800-square-foot building just west of the Loop 303 on the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Camelback Road, according to the company's brochures of the park.

Construction of the park is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. Layton Construction is the general contractor of the facility. JLL will market the property on behalf of Prologis.
