More than 650,000 square feet of new industrial space is in the works in east Mesa.

An eight-building park, dubbed Baseline Logistics Park, is proposed on roughly 50 acres at the southeast corner of Inverness Avenue and Sunview, just to the south of U.S. 60., according to documents submitted to the city of Mesa. The site is located to the east of a YMCA and west of Banner Gateway Medical Center.

The buildings would be developed as warehouses, with about 10% of the square footage dedicated to office space, according to documents submitted to the city.
