Phoenix industrial facility sells for high price as investment deals decrease in Valley

A large industrial park with five buildings recently traded hands for $93.5 million, or $209.46 per square foot, near the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.


San Diego-based Westcore Properties purchased the 446,387-square-foot facility from investment firm Prospect Ridge in October in all cash between three transactions, according to real estate database Vizzda.


The properties are located at 111 and 291 E. Buckeye Road and 1224 and 1324 S. Third St. on about 25 acres in a large industrial core in Phoenix. The buildings were developed over several decades dating back to 1959, while some have been renovated since.
