Jason Boyer is going vertical.

The Phoenix architect developer behind the nationally recognized artHAUS condo development in midtown Phoenix, is now adding construction services to his firm.

Now called Boyer Vertical, the company will design, build and develop communities throughout Arizona. He changed the name from artHAUS Projects.

After designing and developing the 25-unit artHAUS near First Avenue and McDowell Road in midtown Phoenix — which sold out in February 2019 — Boyer has added construction services to his qualifications to maintain control of all aspects of his projects.
