A resort-style villa in Paradise Valley has been listed for $20 million and is scheduled for auction in June via Sotheby's Concierge Auctions with a $12 million reserve.

Built on 2.1 acres at 8100 N. 68th St. within Camelback Country Club Estates, the five-bedroom entertainer's paradise was constructed around 20,000 square feet of courtyards that feature a hand-tiled saltwater pool, water fountains, lush gardens, outdoor kitchen and two separate dining areas.

Inspired by J. Paul Getty's Roman 17th century villa, La Posta Vecchia, the estate built in 2009 features a primary suite on one end of the property and the other four bedrooms on the opposite end of the property, offering privacy when entertaining, said Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, who listed the property.
