All of the 180,000 square feet of office space at The Grove is now spoken for.

RED Development announced that global professional services firm Aon took the remaining 3,600 square feet this month, bringing The Grove’s 180,000-square-foot office building in Phoenix's Arcadia neighborhood to full capacity.

Brokerage firm JLL and its roughly 130 local employees will move into its office at The Grove later this week, taking 31,000 square feet. Sendoso, Clayco, Clear Sky Capital, Common Bond Development Group are a few of the other initial tenants that will move into the new development. JPMorgan Chase and Banner Health are also set to join The Grove.
