New industrial company plans first large project in the West Valley
A newly formed Phoenix-based industrial developer and investor, Sun Industrial Partners LLC, plans to build its first facility in a large industrial corridor in Goodyear in partnership with Scottsdale-based Globe Corp.
Plans call for a $50 million, 250,000-square-foot industrial building that can house two to three tenants on the southeast corner of Bullard Avenue and Broadway Road south of the Phoenix Goodyear Airport and MC 85.
The new facility, dubbed Bullard Logistics, will sit close to Lincoln Property Co.’s planned 7 million-square-foot industrial park, as well as the site purchased by Microsoft Corp. for data centers. It will also be located at the future diamond interchange of the planned State Route 30, a reliever to Interstate 10, and Bullard Avenue.
