Rockville, Maryland-based Choice Hotels International Inc. broke ground recently on a new 122-room hotel in Glendale.

The new Everhome Suites Glendale hotel will be developed by Denver-based HighSide Cos. and is expected to open in the third quarter of 2024.

The four-story hotel will be situated near Luke Air Force Base, the Loop 101 and the city's sports and entertainment district.

Choice Hotels said the new location will feature a modern, efficient design with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, large closets, free Wi-Fi and more.
