New bar set to open in downtown Phoenix: 6 more real estate deals to know
Newport Beach, California-based Phelan Development broke ground on Pecos Center I earlier this month in Mesa.
Pecos Center I will total more than 474,000 square feet across three speculative industrial buildings near Pecos and Hawes roads in southeast Mesa. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2024. The buildings will span 108,626 square feet, 141,177 square feet and 224,566 square feet and be marketed for full-building users to tenants looking to take as small as 30,000 square feet.
Phelan Development is working with Alston Construction Co. and Calvin J. Coatsworth Architects for the build-out and design of the center. Jackie Orcutt, Jonathan Teeter and John Grady of CBRE Group Inc. are the listing brokers for Pecos Center I.
