Nearly 2 million square feet of industrial space progresses in Buckeye
Buckeye has become a growing hotspot for industrial development as more projects progress in the fast-growing city.
This month, Scottsdale-based Martens Development broke ground on its planned Mission Park industrial project that will cover 723,508 square feet.
The smaller building will total nearly 200,000 square feet and feature 32-foot clear heights and 6000 amps of power. The south building will total nearly 530,000 square feet and include 40-foot clear heights and 6000 amps of power.
"This project marks the entry point to the city, and we are proud to deliver an iconic project in such a strategic location,” said Martens Development Principal David Martens, in a statement. “Buckeye’s pro-growth mentality was critical to this project’s ground-breaking.”
