Six more tenants have signed on to the reimagined site of the former Paradise Valley Mall.

Phoenix-based Red Development LLC, which is developing the project, said Flower Child and Blanco Taco Cocina + Cantina by Fox Restaurant Concepts along with Wren House Brewing Co. and Frost Gelato are among the local restaurant tenants that have signed leases. They will be joined by beauty retailers Sephora and Aveda, which will operate a full-service salon, at the redeveloped mall.

Those restaurants and retailers are expected to open in 2024.

“Bringing Blanco and Flower Child to such an iconic location felt like a natural fit. With Blanco being the center beacon around the park, launching the restaurant’s new dining experience here was an opportunity we couldn’t miss,” said Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, in a statement. “It's an honor to be a part of this vibrant transformation and we can't wait to share our concepts with the community, we know both will become staples at PV.”
