Several retail and restaurant tenants at Epicenter, a much-anticipated mixed-use community and retail destination in Gilbert’s Agritopia development, are set to open in the next month.

Matt’s Big Breakfast, the popular Phoenix breakfast spot, has already soft opened in the development at the corner on Higley and Ray roads. Wylde Hair Salon will open on Feb. 27 and UrbAna, a curated luxury gift store, will open on March 4. Then in mid-March, Valley-based boutique fashion retailer Bunky Boutique will open in the center.

Epicenter already has restaurants and bars like Belly, Beer Barn, Source and Undertow open and popular Valley chains like Spinato’s, Gadzooks and Buck & Rider are expected to open later this year.
