Texas-based Elliott Electric Supply recently signed a lease to more than double its footprint at an industrial facility in the West Valley.

The national electrical supply company will occupy 138,000 square feet at the Reywest Industrial Park at 121 S. 39th Ave. in Phoenix and extend its lease for another seven years.

This is an expansion from the 65,000 square feet it previously leased in the building five years ago and is a result of the strong construction activity across the Valley, said Isy Sonabend, NAI Horizon executive managing director, who represented the company with NAI Horizon Associate Drew Eisen.

"It's a reflection of how dynamic the construction industry is here despite the headwinds that we see in terms of supply chain," Sonabend told the Business Journal.
