A Valley-based company that aims to enhance the digital learning experience for K-12 students is relocating to the Tempe lakefront.

Imagine Learning has inked a lease for about 31,000 square feet at the newly built 100 Mill office near Tempe Town Lake. The company expects to start tenant improvements in July and anticipates a move-in date by February 2024.

Imagine Learning currently occupies over 50,000 square feet at the Chaparral Business Center in Scottsdale. The company works with 15 million students a year and in more than half the school districts nationwide.

"What digital technology brings is really that understanding of where the student is in the learning path. It also takes a lot of the burden off of [the teacher] to really know where each of the students is [in the learning process]," said Leslie Sobon, chief experience officer for Imagine Learning. "Covid opened up the eyes of many in K-12 to the advantage of being able to provide digital learning."
