Hash Kitchen set to open newest Valley location; more real estate deals to know
Valley brunch concept Hash Kitchen is holding a grand opening for one of its newest Phoenix metro locations this month and debuting a new design.
The grand opening day is scheduled for Jan. 11 at Peoria's P83 entertainment district at 16222 N. 83rd Ave. just south of the Arrowhead Towne Center mall and shopping center. This will be the restaurant's second location in Peoria and feature one of Arizona's largest Bloody Mary bars and cocktails such as glitter cotton candy mimosa flights and booze bags.
The Hash Kitchen chain was originally created by Scottsdale-based The Maggiore Group, the restaurant group behind the Sicilian Butcher and Sicilian Baker. The restaurant chain will now have seven locations including the new Peoria spot and a new Gilbert restaurant.
The Peoria restaurant will be the first Hash Kitchen location opened by a joint partnership by The Maggiore Group and Savory Fund. As part of its expansion efforts, Hash Kitchen also received an updated design spearheaded by Dallas-based architecture and design firm Harrison.
The new Peoria Hash Kitchen will also feature an elevated brunch party aesthetic with "playful" black-and-white wall and ceiling art, a DJ booth and disco ball for live DJ sets on the weekends, an indoor dining room and the restaurant's largest full-service outdoor patio totaling 4,754 square feet.
