Global bakery and cafe restaurant chain Paris Baguette is looking to make a big splash in the Phoenix market.

A year ago, the Valley’s first location of Paris Baguette opened inside Korean grocery store H Mart in Mesa. Because of the success of that store, the company is now eyeing Phoenix as a growth market for both corporate owned and franchised locations.

The 4,000-plus-unit global bakery-cafe business hopes to open up to 20 stores throughout the Phoenix region over the next few years.
