First look: Renovated golf-ready Paradise Valley home listed for $4.5M
A newly remodeled home in Paradise Valley has just hit the market for $4.5 million.
"It was taken down to the studs," said Hayley Jamison of America One Luxury Real Estate. "It feels like a brand new home."
Jamison and Jonathan Leaman co-listed the 5,220-square-foot home at 9802 N. 53rd Place on behalf of the current owner, Phoenix-based Saral Invespro Inc.
With four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the home was built in 1983 on a 0.95-acre lot near Mountain View and 52nd Street.
It sits in a sought-after neighborhood featuring the three Cs: Cherokee Elementary School, Cocopah Middle School and Chaparral High School. This public school system has long been known for its top scores.
"It's a great site," said Leaman, managing partner of America One Luxury Real Estate. "A lot of these newly built homes are in that 7,000-plus square foot range. This is a good size for somebody who wants to get into Paradise Valley and doesn't want to spend $10 million."
