Chicago-based design-build company Clayco Inc. is moving its residential business headquarters to Phoenix.

Earlier this year, Chicago-based Hubbard Street Group selected Clayco to build its $87 million, 26-story tower at the southeast corner of Garfield and Sixth streets in downtown Phoenix after its first contractor, California-based Katerra Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection.
