Torrance, California-based Overton Moore Properties plans to bring two new speculative industrial buildings to the Miller Road and Interstate 10 area in Buckeye.

The facility will total 570,000 square feet and will be located between Yuma Road and Durango Street in Buckeye adjacent to I-10 just east of Miller Road, where other large industrial facilities are located and house companies like Five Below and Funko Inc.

The company recently purchased about 32 acres between Yuma Road and 247th Avenue for more than $10.5 million from Glendale-based Mangat Investment LLC and Yuma Rd/247 Ave, 18 acres LLC, which is connected to Phoenix-based Equity Land Group, county records show.

Overton Moore Properties has been active in other parts of the Valley and recently made a purchase in Glendale, the first purchase Overton has made in the Valley in a few years. The company bought 303 Logistics, a 350,000-square-foot facility, for $36.2 million from Phoenix-based Barclay Group in September.
