One of Tempe's newer office towers is getting close to a full mix of tenants leased and in operation.

100 Mill — a project developed by Hines and Cousins Properties — will have its largest tenant in Amazon.com Inc. operating on floors 10, 11 and 12 of the 18-story building. But the e-commerce giant will now take up another two floors of the building, for a total of 158,000 square feet, the developers said.

The 287,000-square-foot tower is now 92% leased, according to the developers.

The city of Tempe issued tenant improvement building permits in June for the 14th and 15th floors, which will be occupied by Amazon, said Hines' Managing Director Brandon Dillingham. Each permit had a valuation of $1.45 million with IA Interior Architects as the applicant.
