CEO for The Grimaldo Group Real Estate Team. Father of 3 girls, my wife and I have been living in Arizona since 2001 and we made this amazing place our home. My career in the real estate world started with Chase Bank in 2005 as a personal banker, working with clients assisting with mortgage loans, home equity loans, lines of credit, personal and business accounts, credit cards, etc... Then worked for a broker as a loan officer for 4 years and at the same time obtained my real estate license in 2007 (right as the market was falling into one of the biggest recessions in our history). In 2009 the broker I worked for closed his doors due to the terrible economic situation,however my life in the real estate world was getting stronger. I stuck with real estate since at that point and it became my passion helping others reach the American Dream, even though at that time it seemed like a nightmare. Houses were being foreclosed on, short sold, abandoned, it was very depressing to see. In 2010 the market seemed to start getting a little bit better, investors were getting in the market absorbing many properties and prices little by little started to rise. I was doing many different jobs since my career as a realtor wa not enough to make ends meet. In 2011 I jump in as a full time agent, by then the market picked up steam and our business continued to grow. Fast forward to today, we have been in business for 14+ years, our team is ranked in the top 1% of the Phoenix Metro Area, we have sold over 500 homes and received multiple awards for performance and contribution to our community.
